Shipping fees on all items are listed on the where you select your desired gift plus a $6 handling fee.
All items selected and shipped are free of charge and are donated as gifts. All gifts have an associated shipping and handling fee as listed. All gifts selected incur an additional $6 handling fee in addition to the listed shipping fee.
All gifts are shipped discretely via USPS with tracking.
We will only ship to areas of the continental USA where cannabis products are legal!!
All gifts given are final and cannot be returned, however if after receiving your gift if you are not satisfied we will work with you to make sure you are 100% satisfied. Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. Email us if you have any problems or are have a complaint GanjaKittyCat@gmail.com

You must be 21 to even be on this website or to place receive any gifts or donations from this website. All gifts are are final and cannot be returned so please be aware of this when donating.
All seeds are gifted for novelty purposes only and given only as souvenirs, please check your local laws before gifting or doing anything with your novelty seeds. If we believe you are going to use the seeds donated to you from GanjaKittyCat for any purposes other than the purposes stated above, we reserve the right to cancel your gift and/or permanently ban you from using the site.
There are too many conflicting laws that are constantly changing and we are unable to tell you what is or isn't legal where you live. It is up to you to be familiar with and stay up-to-date with the current laws in your local state and/or city government. If you are unsure about the laws where you live, you will have to do some research.
Everything we offer is free and a gift to you and you are not allowed to make purchases through our website as nothing is for sale! Everything we offer free may or may not have an associated shipping fee with that free item being donated to you as listed!
All seeds are high THC producing Cannabis Hemp seeds and contain ZERO THC or CBD as defined in H.R. 5485 “(1) HEMP.—The term ‘hemp’ means the plant Cannabis sativa L. and any part of that plant, including the seeds thereof (...) whether growing or not, with a delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol concentration of not more than 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis."
All seeds gifted are not growing and contain zero percent THC on a dry weight basis upon shipment! We are not responsible for Nature and Her infinite potential!! Remember seeds are for novelty purposes only as souvenirs and are not intended not meant to be germinated! We never recommend nor condone germination nor growing of your novelty souvenirs!!!

It is extremely important you know the laws and regulations in your area. When you come to GanjaKittyCat.com or place a selection for a free gift from us, you accept our terms and conditions. By agreeing to our terms and conditions, you accept and have accepted complete liability for any and all actions you take on or through the GanjaKittyCat.com website (whether it is/was before, during or after your donation).
If and when you complete your gift selection, you accept all liability for those items.
Once we receive and confirm funds have been received via PayPal or other arrangement, the items are legally yours and you consent to GanjaKittyCat handling your items until you receive them by whatever approved methods you defined or provided. During this process, you accept all liability for the items you donated for and you agree to not hold GanjaKittyCat liable for any reason whatsoever.
By being on or otherwise browsing on this website, using our services and/or registering for an account with us, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth. You are acknowledging that you have read and fully agree with and understand these terms and conditions, our privacy policy and all the information provided in the FAQ and other sections of this site.
If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, you are not allowed on this website or to be on this website, make donations to us, or access this website in any manner or form, and must leave and never return until such a time as you do agree tall of these terms or be held in breach of contact and liable.
GanjaKittyCat reserves the right to make changes and/or updates to these terms & conditions at any time.
It is your responsibility to periodically check these terms for any changes and/or updates.
GanjaKittyCat is intended to be a friendly, enjoyable and useful experience. We strongly advise that you read and fully understand all of these terms & conditions. Note and remember you must agree to all these terms and conditions to be on, browse, or otherwise view and access this website.

RIGHTS TO SUSPEND OR TERMINATE >>>
You agree that GanjaKittyCat using our own discretion, may terminate any of the services provided (including gifts, accounts, listings, etc.) immediately and without notice if:
(a) we believe that you are not abiding by the general rules of this website,
(b) you have violated one or any of our terms or conditions,
(c) you have made any malicious acts on the GanjaKittyCat website,
(d) we believe you to be a non-donating or otherwise malicious person.
In most cases, if we suspect foul play, we will suspend your account while we further investigate your history and actions. If our investigation is conclusive, then your account with us will be terminated. If your account brings up nothing suspicious, we will reinstate your account.
YOUR CONDUCT >>>
You are solely responsible for the contents of your actions while using our website and/or the services it provides. You must ensure that your participation in the gifting of items does not violate any applicable laws or regulations in the country, state, province, county and/or state in which you reside.
You agree not to transmit through GanjaKittyCat (or it's many services) any unlawful, harassing, libelous, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene or otherwise objectionable material. You must also not transmit any material that encourages conduct that could constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any applicable federal laws or regulation.
GENERAL TERMS >>>
GanjaKittyCat shall not be held responsible for any items gifted/donated, for any damage to gifted items during transit or during the inspection period, nor for misrepresentations and/or breaches of contract by the customer. GanjaKittyCat shall not be held responsible for the cost of procurement of substitute goods or any losses resulting from any goods donated or obtained through GanjaKittyCat.
GanjaKittyCat assumes no liability for the content of the listings. However, if you fall victim of a fraudulent transaction we will assist you as much as we can.

ORDERS AND SHIPPING >>>
Delivery is made via USPS. This is for the continuity of their tracking system. Other carries can be arranged but that WILL incur extra fees.
You can cancel your gifted item(s) by replying to your confirmation email. Please note, if we have received PayPal from you, your donation can only be canceled only if your gift hasn’t been shipped.
Terms & Conditions - You must be 21 years or over to donate or receive any gifts from our site and you agree to the terms in our disclaimer when you check-out.
GanjaKittyCat (its affiliates, owners, employees, clients, agents, and related individuals and entities) will not be held liable for damages or losses related to your activity on this website. You are responsible for all losses and expenditures resulting from your activity on all related websites.
You will receive a confirmation email including your donation Item Number confirming that your gift item has been selected and donation has been confirmed via PayPal or is awaiting funding via Paypal.
Once your donation has been received via PayPal, you will be sent a shipping confirmation along with your tracking number when your gift is shipped!
If you have placed an gift selection and have not yet received a confirmation number, please check your email program’s spam folder. If it is not there, you may not have completed the check-out process.
Question: What do packages look like when they are mailed??
Answer: Ganja Cat understands that customers rely on complete discretion, especially when it comes to what packages look like when they are mailed. All gifts are sent in nondescript crush-proof packages to protect the items within. GanjaKittyCat values the privacy of customers highly, and endeavors to protect this at every stage. Gifts, processing and client aftercare all have this privacy factor as our top priority.
Question: How soon after I have donated for my selected gift item is my gift shipped?
Answer: Generally within 24 - 48 hours.
We will replace your package if it is lost in transit and the USPS tracking reflects this. This option does not include if your package is stolen off your porch or from your mailbox.
We offer a signature delivery options as well so please let us know and we can add that to your gift. Please note there is a $5.00 fee that the USPS charges for this.
Please email us and request this. It is a $5.00 surcharge that the USPS charges but in some cases is extremely worth it. If your package is stolen there is no way for us to verify it since we can only go off of a USPS tracking number so we can not replace it!!
You will be emailed a tracking number. This email will come from GanjaKittyCat@gmail.com
If you are believe you are missing an item, we take a photo of each and every order.
The very last step prior to packaging the seeds is a photo. We lay all the items out around the shipping address and Gift Number so that it can be clearly seen in a photo and snap a picture. If your missing an item please email us, reference your gift number and we will go back and look at the photos. If your item is in fact missing we will shoot it out to you right away. If it isn’t we will email you the photo and suggest that you look again in your package. We will not replace any items or “take your word for it” if the missing item is in the photo, please don’t ask.
Refunds can only be made up to the point where they are shipped.
Once they are shipped NO refunds or exchanges will be accepted. This is our return policy.
All gifts and selections are final, however if after receiving your gift if you are not satisfied we will work with you to make sure you are satisfied. Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction!!

Seeds come sealed in original breeder packaging.
Any issues regarding your seeds at all after you receive your item is up to you! GanjaKittyCat will not replace seeds that you did something with other than keep as novelty purposes as our job is to get them to you, nothing more!
If seeds you received did not germinate or you are otherwise displeased with your order understand under these terms and order policy that seeds are given as novelties and are not meant to be anything more. Anything you do with your gift and whatever happens to them upon donating is your responsibility you take all responsibilities and liabilities for your gift legal or otherwise.
Unless noted all seeds are 10 seeds per pack.
If the seeds are feminized they will be listed as feminized. If they are not listed as feminized then they are regular female and male seeds.
